The focus of our work is about the craft of nonfiction \u2014 stories that go behind the reporting, writing, editing, production and ethics of story work produced across platforms \u2014 or about the people producing that work. We have a particular interest in narrative nonfiction. We also welcome suggestions of published works of nonfiction you\u2019d like to learn more about.<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    <div class=\"  core-block\">\n        <div class=\"block block--core block--core-classic mb-5   max-w-screen-full mx-auto\">\n            \n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    <div class=\"  core-block\">\n        <div class=\"block block--core block--core-paragraph mb-5   max-w-screen-full mx-auto\">\n            \n<p>To pitch a story, send a&nbsp;<em>brief<\/em>&nbsp;email to the editor at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:editor@niemanstoryboard.org\">editor@niemanstoryboard.org<\/a>, including:<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n    <div class=\"  core-block\">\n        <div class=\"block block--core block--core-classic mb-5   max-w-screen-full mx-auto\">\n            \n\n\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    <div class=\"\">\n        <div class=\"block block--core block--core-list mb-4 list max-w-screen-full mx-auto pl-5 \">\n            \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The topic you want to write about<\/strong>. This could be a Q&amp;A, annotation or analysis of single piece of published, broadcast or multimedia journalism; a commentary on a collection of works representing a certain style or approach to journalism; an interview\/profile of a journalist you want to ask about his\/her work; or a personal essay or analysis that explores some aspect of nonfiction craft or culture.
